CU Maurice River will be participating in the Authority’s 31st Annual Waterways Cleanup event on September 30th. This event is part of the Cumberland County Clean Communities Program and is being held in conjunction with the annual Ocean Conservancy’s International Coastal Cleanup (ICC), hosted in New Jersey by the New Jersey Clean Communities Council. We’ll be cleaning up West Side Park in Vineland.

Join CU Maurice River, South Jersey Land & Water Trust, the AmeriCorps Watershed Ambassadors and Parvin State Park staff for a fall BioBlitz! We’ll break into groups and head off in different directions to survey biotic groups: plants, fungi, insects, aquatic macroinvertebrates (good for families with children), and mammals/reptiles/amphibians (also good for families with children).
