A hit with the children of the family, both the young and young-at-heart. Led by Fred Akers of the Great Egg Harbor Watershed Association, the Annual Frog Slog is a night of discovery and experiential learning.  You will be taken on a tour of the secret life of frogs, learn to identify frogs by their breeding songs, and more.  Fred brings along touch tanks for a close up view of the wildlife we find in the vernal ponds. There is always a surprise or two.

KIDS LOVE THIS EVENT!  And most adults turn back into kids.

We will meet at our destination, TO BE DETERMINED at 7:30pm.  This is a night excursion so please come with a flashlight or headlamp.  Also be prepared for wet, frog-sloggy conditions, knee-high mud boots or higher preferred.
