Orchard Reach
Reach #7

In an interview in August 2004, Richard Weatherby tried to pinpoint the place he knew as "The Orchard." While many of the locations that Weatherby describes are on the Maurice River, this time Weatherby takes to the roads to locate this spot.

"Are you familiar with Silver Run Road?" Weatherby asked. He explained that the Ferguson's owned three different places in that area.  Weatherby said that one of those properties was just south of where the power lines cross Silver Run Road, across from the Millville municipal sewer plant.  "They called it 'the Orchard.' They sold that a few years ago," Weatherby said, adding, "Now they are building houses in there."
